This tour consists of listening and practicing of traditional music and dance, access and viewing of historical paintings located inside Shoin rooms, as well as having the opportunity to wear Shinto shrine clothing. If you are up for an active experience, you can climb numerous stone steps to shrine highlights where many worshippers have journeyed. This tour offers you a true in-depth experience of Shinto religion and cuture. Furthermore, lunch is provided offering locally grown food and recipes at the onsite Tsubaki restaurant.

Make our way to main hall for prayer, and dance performance. 11:40 - Tour the main hall. 12:00 - Lunch at Restaurant Kamitsubaki (Fusion cooking of traditional recipe and locally grown produce) . 13:30 - Tour Omote Shoin Building. 14:00 - Tour Oku Shoin Building guided by shrine priest. 14:30 - Meet with Shinto professionals at Shiro Shoin Buidling, which includes experiencing traditional music performances, as well as having the opportunity to play the music instruments, and the wearing of traditional clothing and much more. 16:00 - End of tour |
